MadeinTYO Biography
Malcolm Jamaal Davis better known by his stage name Madein TYO is an American rapper and songwriter from Atlanta, Georgia. Although popularly known by his stage name MadeinTYO which is pronounced Made in Tokyo.
He is best known for his singles Uber Everywhere and I Want from his mixtape You Are Forgiven, as well as his songs Skateboard P, Ned Flanders and Chucky Cheese. The respective two are from his debut album Sincerely, Tokyo.

MadeinTyo was born on April 12, 1992, in Honolulu, Hawaii as Malcolm Jamaal Davis.

MadeinTyo comes from a military family and as a young child, they moved a lot from cities like San Diego, Virginia, and Texas. His family later went to Japan where he spent his teenage years in Yokosuka, Kanagawa and finally completed high school at Nile C. Kinnick High School, Japan. MadeinTYO and his brother later moved back to Atlanta where he resides presently.
It is said that he did not attend college as he went into music immediately after high school. MadeinTyo’s music career was influenced by his cousin whom he admired as he worked on songs in the comfort of their home in Atlanta.
His older brother Robert also supported and promoted his musical career as he is also a rapper known as 24hrs. The pair established a record label called Private Club Records together with Phin Tha Weirdo, Salma Slims, Noah Woods and Nephlon Don.

Though MadeinTyo may have started into the industry first, he sure didn’t walk through it on his own. 24hrs, MadeinTyo’s older biological brother and co-founder of Private Club Records, followed in shortly. Many of his fans knew him as Royce Rizzy before him launching new music under the pseudonym 24hrs, proclaiming this as the death of Royce Rizzy.
24hrs has already generated a major buzz in the industry and collaborated with some of the rap games‘ hottest names such as Gucci Mane, Ty Dolla $ign, Post Malone, Wiz Khalifa, and Yo Gotti.

Davis began dating Philadelphia based painter and digital artist. Her real name Anhia Santana was distorted in late 2015. In June 2016 the couple announced that they were expecting a baby boy via social media. Their son was born on January 29, 2017.
On February 14, 2017, the duo also announced that they were engaged. However, Due to complications in their relationship, the engagement was later called off. Davis currently lives in Los Angeles, California with his son.
The African-American rapper has been in a steady relationship since 2015 with Anhia Santana who is an illustrator and artist. Her nickname is Distorted. The pair got engaged in 2017 and had a baby boy, True that same year.
No details have been available so far on the rapper’s father nor his mother apart from the fact that he was raised in a military family and he toured diverse cities as his family kept being posted to different locations within and outside the USA.
