Lenise Ligon is an American journalist from Baldwin County. At the moment she works with FOX affiliate in mobile, AL as an evening anchor.
Lenise Ligon, the main evening anchor for FOX10 News, anchors the 4,5, 9 and 10 pm News since 2018. She conducts her interviews in a warm hearted way, she is so trustworthy and also has a passion for delivering News in an accurate way. Therefore, these qualities make her her very reliable in the community.
Through her Daily Dot Com reports, Lenise shares her love of technology and she is also the the executive producer of the first podcast for FOX10 News, Living It Up with Lenise.

From 1995 -1996 Lenise went to Oakland County Community College where she took a Associates of Liberal Arts. She then joined the Michigan State University in 1996, where she graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts and Science; Journalism major and a minor in Spanish.
In 1999, she joined Quinnipiac University and graduated again in the year 2000 with a Master of Science (MS) in Interactive Media.
Lenise Ligon Career
Lenise began her career as an entertainment host for WDIV in metro-Detroit, her hometown area, before working her way to the Gulf Coast. Later on she worked in Youngstown, at WKBN as a reporter OH. Lenise then moved on to WNEM in Saginaw, MI, working again as a reporter and anchor.
She then had a three year stint at WBTV in Charlotte. Here, she was a co-anchor of the morning and noon newscasts.
Lenise went to Michigan State University where she got a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a minor in Spanish.
Lenise has received many awards for volunteering in community works like speaking to school children and participating in community based organizations. She has also been recognized by the American Heart Association for her endeavor in educating the public in many matters especially on how to maintain a heart-healthy lifestyle.
In a bid to show her seriousness in heart-health and again out of passion, Lenise is a an avid marathon runner and outspoken vegetarian.
To begin her career, she first worked as a general assignment reporter in Youngstown from 2000-01 where she covered breaking news events, she determined locations for written assignments, researching and overseeing the final production of all packages.
She also worked as a MeTV Superstar host in Detroit from 2000-02. Here her roles were: 1. entertaining guests

3. co-hosting a one-hour primetime special
