Jeff Cole is an American investigative reporter and a fill-in anchor and he also occasionally covers state politics. He works with Fox 29 News Station since March of 2000 . Jeff is a native of Southern Massachusetts. He is a winner of several awards as he is a passionate reporter.

He first worked as an under graduate in the university for two years as a producer/tape editor for WTNH-TV, the ABC affiliate in New Haven. He was also an intern on Capitol Hill for a Connecticut congressman.
From there, Jeff then began his political reporting career, first as a an assignment editor, producer and reporter. This he did in Capital Broadcast News in Washington, D.C.
Later on he joined CBS affiliate WFSB in Hartford, Connecticut as a morning news anchor. In 1986 , he again did investigative reporting for more than a decade.
In March of 2000 he joined fox 29 where he works to date. Being a passionate anchor, Jeff has won several awards in the line of duty.
