Chuck Todd born as Charles David Todd is an American television journalist. He is the 12th and current moderator of NBC’s Meet the Press. Todd also hosts MTP Daily on MSNBC and is the Political Director for NBC News. Before taking the helm of Meet the Press, Todd was Chief White House correspondent for NBC and host of The Daily Rundown on MSNBC. He also serves as NBC News’ on-air political analyst for NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt and Today.

He then decided to make a small shift that ended up being a significant lifestyle change. Todd started running for one week, and then ended up running for a much more extended period. After making it a routine, he noticed a few pounds gone. He was excited and started feeling very bad the day he was not running. With running routine, he ended up losing 30 pounds. Todd never changed his diet but he claims that ever since he started running he was craving fresh food. He started eating fruits and veggies, but without counting the calories.

Todd never stopped eating a well balanced diet or take any pill and was not interested but he just made it as a straightforward weight loss journey one that is dominated by dedication and perseverance. He never skips a day of running which he does daily between 4.30 and 5:30 am and never pushes it to another time.
